1. The Service

ZAGO.TO moves text to another device using a short numeric code and deletes it one minute after it is opened. It is free, requires no account, and is supported by advertising.

2. Deletion and no recovery

• Text is deleted if not opened within one minute, and one minute after it is opened. Deleted text cannot be recovered.
• The Service does not guarantee delivery. Confirm important text was received.

3. Codes and Lock

• Codes are issued at random by the Service. Anyone who knows the code can open the text, so turn on Lock (PIN) for anything private.
• The Service limits unauthorised attempts but does not warrant that they are impossible.

4. Prohibited use

• Sending unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights, malware or fraudulent links
• Guessing codes by automated means or sending excessive requests
• Interfering with the stable operation of the Service

Violations may result in restricted access or deletion of text without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for loss arising from use of the Service (including disclosure, non-delivery or deletion of text) except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Changes and discontinuation

Features may be changed or discontinued without notice.

7. Governing law
